This collection was groundbreaking on three different levels! First, it was my first collaboration collection. Meriah (SproutsMom) designed the collection and I made the patterns and clothes. Second, it was by far the biggest collection I've ever done and the most detailed. And third, it was the most successful of any previous collections!! It was a lot of work, but I'm very proud of how it came out! I hope my BASIX customers will be too!

My temporary studio work area...
Because this collection was so
big, I couldn't work in my normal
sewing niche, so had to take
over the dining room table for a
few days. The boys loved eating
at the coffee table for a change
though!
The phases of the Boho Jeans...
The top left shows the plain fabric after being
partially sewn. Bottom left are the jeans after
light distressing. Top right are the jeans after
adding the bronze embellishing... and the
bottom right is the completed jeans ready to
wear.
It's been a BIG collection, but I hope it was
worth it to all the customers!
Here are the piles of jeans, wrap tops, and
tiered skirts! WOW!
